Spain's Non-Lucrative Visa for retirees and passive-income residents
The NLV (Visado de Residencia No Lucrativa) is Spain's path to legal residency for retirees, FIRE expats, and anyone with passive income who doesn't intend to work in Spain. Minimum income requirement (~€2,400/month + €600/month per dependant), private health insurance, criminal background, full medical certificate. We coordinate the consulate appointment + TIE.
